Valery GERGIEV and Denis MATSUEV, two giant Russian artists, are back to Montreal with The Mariinsky Orchestra of St. Petersburg, Russia’s emblematic musical institution.

Valery GERGIEV has been at the helm of the Mariinsky, one of the best orchestras in the world, since 1988. His energy, passion, and charisma make him one of the most celebrated conductors of the international music world. Denis MATSUEV quickly established himself as one of the most sought-after pianists of his generation after his brilliant victory at the Tchaikovsky Competition in 1998. Time and again he has conquered the hearts of Montrealers.
