The outstanding violinist Gidon Kremer continues to leave his mark on our time. This great musician touches both our hearts and our minds, always in search of something truly unique to say. He comes with the young pianist Daniil Trifonov, winner of three International competitions: Tchaikovsky, Rubinstein and Chopin – at the age of twenty. Described as “freakishly brilliant” by The Washington Post, charismatic young Russian pianist Daniil Trifonov has “power in spades, crystalline passage-work, and a pearlised singing tone: he’s already got it all.” (The Independent)
“Mr. Trifonov has scintillating technique and a virtuosic flair. He is also a thoughtful artist.” (The New York Times) “Playing that can only be described as a visceral experience.” (The Washington Post)
Both musicians enjoy an international reputation, placing them among those artists who will make music history anew.
