After the stunning and enchanting performance presented to children and adults last year the Moscow theatre “Russian Terem” is back to Toronto with a new fairy tale – “Emelya and the Magic Pike”.
The curtain will open and the Russian stove will go to the Tsar Place by itself. That’s how the fairy tale starts which is well known to everybody in Russia. Once upon a time, in a certain kingdom, in a certain country there lived Emelya. Emelya went to the river to get some water, and he scooped a pike along with water, and then … all the miracles start!
Great original music, funny dances, fairy-tale characters familiar from childhood, fantastic tricks and transformations, all that in the colorful and exciting musical “Magic Pike.”
The performance is for children from three years old. Running time is 1 hour.
There will be dances with the Ded Moroz and Snegurochka (Father Frost and Snow Maiden) 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the performance.
Every child will get a gift after the performance.
* Please note that this performance is conducted in Russian language only
